  • LCD screen is free of any blemishes or discoloration such as bruising, dead pixels, white spots, or burn-in
  • All buttons and features are fully functional
  • Clear ESN or IMEI for activation by a new user
  • Please Note: Any device reported as lost or stolen, locked with an Activation Lock or Find My Mobile service, or attached to an MDM / DEP / or IT Policy is not eligible for trade-in.

Your device is in this condition if ANY of the following are true:

  • Your cell phone is 100% functional with signs of normal cosmetic wear from use
  • Powers on, holds a charge, and is able to make calls
  • Screen is free of any cracks or chips but scratches may be present
  • LCD screen is free of any cracks, major blemishes, or significant discoloration
  • Your device has no missing or defective buttons (power, home, ringer, and/or volume)
  • All features are fully functional including WiFi, touchscreen, mic, speaker, earpiece, etc.
  • Clear ESN or IMEI for activation by a new user
  • Please Note: Any device reported as lost or stolen, locked with an Activation Lock or Find My Mobile service, or attached to an MDM / DEP / or IT Policy is not eligible for trade-in.

Your device is in this condition if ANY of the following are true:

  • Cell phone powers on and holds charge but has one or more of the following defects:
  • Broken, cracked, or damaged LCD screen, glass, or touchscreen
  • Blemishes on the LCD screen (i.e. discoloration, bruising, dead pixels, white spots, burn-in)
  • Functional defects or issues (i.e. malfunctioning touch screen, defective mic or speaker, etc)
  • Missing or defective buttons (power, home, touch ID, ringer, mute, back, and/or volume, etc)
  • Faulty speaker, earpiece, mic, WiFi, and/or touchscreen
  • Broken or cracked hardware (charging ports, casing, etc.)
  • Bad ESN or IMEI and is not clear for activation by a new user.  We do not accept devices that have been reported lost or stolen.
  • We do NOT accept any device that is still locked with an "Activation Lock" or "Find My Mobile" service.  Please be sure to sign out of and remove your Android ID, Google Account ID, Samsung Find My Mobile Account ID, Blackberry ID, or other security lock prior to sending in your device.  Any device received with such locks will be recycled responsibly and no payment will be issued.
  • Please Note: Any device found to be reported as lost or stolen is not eligible for trade-in and will be immediately turned over to local law enforcement so it cannot be returned to you.
  • Please Note: We do not accept any device that is missing critical components such as an LCD screen, digitizer, motherboard, or logic board.  Your device must have a legible IMEI or Serial Number.  If your phone is found to be missing any of these necessary parts or is missing the serial or IMEI number, it will be recycled responsibly and no payment will be issued.
